Julie offers multiple transformative modalities as she facilitates in the healing process. She uses an intuitive style of bodywork to ensure each session is individualized based on the clients needs at that time.

She also plays a variety of instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, tranquility bowls, tingsha's, and gongs to induce calmness and relaxation. The vibration of the bowls helps bring balance back to our bodies and reaches down to the cellular level when the bowls are placed on the body. This type of therapy calms the mind and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, taking us out of fight or flight.
